The Legal Stuff
Sometimes things just happen! Someone spills a glass of wine or a plinth gets knocked over. Because we know this is just the nature of events, we include a security bond with each booking which may cover any repairs or replacements for damaged or missing items. The bond is paid with your booking and is refunded within seven business days of your items being returned to us. In the event where losses and damages are extensive, and beyond the value of the bond held, we will discuss replacement costs with you directly.
The Big Outdoors
We love outdoor events. But we do require a wet weather back up option as not all our hire range is waterproof. If bad weather is forecast our team will not set up weatherproof items outside. We know you’ll understand, and we’ll give you all the tips you need to take care of our things so your security bond comes straight back to you. If hire items are damaged due to incorrect use, neglect or weather, damage and replacement fees will be charged to cover the loss.
Tetris Masters
We’re here to help, so we’ll chat to you about the vehicle you’re planning to use to pick up and return your hired items. We’ll also be able to suggest some solutions for hire vehicles if required to make sure everything will fit.
If you’re planning on picking up your items, but would like help packing all safely into your vehicle, for a small fee we can assist with loading, and supplying straps and packing blankets.
If you’ve booked our pick up and delivery service, you’ll need to ensure everything is packed back into the right storage crates, just as it was when delivered, and be ready by the entrance for our team to load up.
Clean Freaks
No one wants to be scrubbing on their big day, so leave it to us. Simply shake out any linen of any debris, scrape clean any crockery or cutlery of food and repack them into the containers we have provided. No need to run anything through the dishwasher unless explicitly advised. In the event that any hired items are returned exceptionally dirty, a cleaning fee will be applied.
When we do the heavy lifting
We want to be out of your hair as soon as possible. Help us do that by stacking chairs, furniture and hired items in a designated area. We’ll help guide you on quantities and heights recommended too. In the event that items are not organised in one space, additional labour fees will be applied to help cover the additional leg work.
